This app is to convert an image into a pattern design for a seed bead loom. It has already gotten more complex than originally intended, and yet still has a ways to go. It still needs to change from a mono-user into a multi-user system as well as some other necessary features, like being able to upload the image base the design on, and a format for saving the file for future work updating the design.
There are initially only 3 things to specify, image, beads per row, and number of different colors allowed in the bead palette used.
